Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to book online, or have a parent/guardian book and consent on your behalf. [Adjust to your policy.]

Booking and deposits

  • A 50% deposit is required to reserve any appointment. The remaining balance is due at your visit.

Cancellations, rescheduling, and no-shows

Recommended defaults — confirm these are the rules you want, then lock them.
